What did you already know?I didn't know anything about about the befit of starting early, interest or compound interest. What did you learn? (from the project? from your parents?)Yes, I learned a lot. I learned about things I didn't know, like interest (normal and compound), what the the befit of starting early was, and also how to use Google Spreadsheets!


How might this affect what you do in the future?I probably will start saving in a bank soon, so when I retire all those years from now, I will have a lot of money and be RICH!


What is one thing you wonder after doing this project?

I really wonder about the history behind interest. I also wonder why we did this project, because I just popped in the middle of the unit, and we had a summative test two days after we turned it in so I barely had time to study.

Hey Insecurity, You suck. A lot. Don't play the victim here, you know you're the root cause of literally everything. Ok yeah, I will admit that you have made me realise many of my own faults, such as how overly cautious and guarded I kept/keep myself. BUT HEY you ruin everyone's life at one point. That's a pretty dumb move. For example, Napoleon Bonaparte was apparently so insecure about his height since he was mocked in the British papers, he started wars to prove himself. It's the Future. The looming cold shadow, The smell of fear and loathe swallowing all life. Gentle hands Clawing at anything, Growing rougher, tougher, Sinking, falling, into nothing. Innocence choked. That flower Trampled on, Sideways, pressed into the ground. Thorns pricking, shouts echoing, That flower droops. Lower. Darker. That flower, This Earth, Lays crushed. Screams eased. Breathe. Gentle hands, Rising, rising up, Holding life, love, Saving life, love. Shielding life, love, Running through the storm, A desperate race to the eye. Voices cry, argue. Gentle hands scar. Final Piece -- Greatest Fear, Greatest Joy

Personal Feedback -- Our prompt for our final piece of this year was 'Greatest Fear, Greatest Joy', and we had to depict these two things interacting in one piece. Initially, I was thinking about drawing intangible fears, such as sensory loss or being forgotten, but this seemed too abstract and difficult to convey. So I decided to go with my tangible fear of whales. My joy stayed the same the whole brainstorming process: Comic books. I decided to use acrylics because they worked well for me during the Interim piece, I knew I'd be able to add layers quickly because of how fast the paint sets and I knew I could use this to my advantage. The thought process for my composition was very simple; As my fear of whales come from their size, I wanted to show a few whales looming over me as silhouettes, and I really love comic books, so I drew myself holding an old Batman comic close to myself.
